Measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19
We are taking the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Please refrain from visiting the exhibition if any of the following apply to you.
You have a fever of 37.5°C or higher when your temperature is taken before entering the exhibition.
You have cold symptoms or feel sick or unwell.
You have had symptoms such as fever or coughing in the past two weeks.
You have returned from or traveled to another country in the past two weeks, or have had close contact with someone to whom this applies.
You have any changes in sense of taste or smell.
You are quarantined at home due to close contact with someone who has COVID-19.
Your family member is quarantined at home due to close contact with someone who has COVID-19.
You took a PCR test under the instruction of a medical institution or public health center, but have not yet received a negative result.
You have had a positive PCR test in the past and correspond to one of the following from (1) to (4).
(1) For a symptomatic patient, less than 10 days have passed since the onset of your symptoms, and 72 hours or less have passed since your symptoms improved.
(2) 24 hours after your symptoms improved, you have not yet received negative results from two PCR tests taken 24 hours or more apart.
(3) For an asymptomatic carrier, less than 10 days have passed since your negative test result.
(4) Six days after your positive test, you have not yet received negative results from two PCR tests taken 24 hours or more apart.
Precautions Being Taken

Wear a Mask
Guests are required to wear a mask inside the exhibition (except for children ages three and younger) and to cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing. Please speak quietly when inside the exhibition.

Anti-Virus Coating
Surfaces inside the exhibition have been given antiviral coatings.

Date and Time Specific Tickets
Tickets have set admission dates and times.

Frequent Disinfecting
The exhibition is being frequently cleaned with disinfectant.

Protective Screen Shields
Acrylic shields are installed at the counters to prevent the spread of airborne illnesses.

Temperature Measurements
Your temperature will be taken with a thermal camera before entering.

Ticket Cancellations and Refunds
Your ticket will not be refunded if you cannot come to the exhibition because you feel unwell.
The time and date of entry can be changed three (3) times for tickets that have been ordered on the official ticket site for TikTok teamLab Reconnect.
Depending on the situation going forward, we may limit some offerings or close the exhibition. In that case, a notice will be posted on the official website, social media, etc., so please make sure to check before visiting.
